Mike Cauley, who will serve part-time as the executive coach for our conference. Mike brings a wealth of experience, serving as pastor for 15 years, as executive secretary and ministerial director for 2 years, and then as conference president for 23 years, in Pennsylvania and Florida Conferences.
Mike is skilled at coming alongside and helping individuals unlock tools that help develop them into transformational leaders. With a Doctorate in Executive Leadership and a special focus on systemic coaching, he loves helping leaders reach new heights. As the former President of the Florida Conference from 2003-2018, he oversaw the implementation of an incredible internal coaching system, that allowed leaders to cultivate emotional and spiritual maturity alongside their professional growth.
Mike founded Realize Outcomes in 2019 and practices one-to-one Executive Coaching with Team Coaching, emphasizing collaboration to achieve goals, culture change, and solving organizational challenges. He focuses on clarifying compelling visions, facilitating alignment, and executing for critical outcomes, while helping people reach their full potential.
In 2020, he earned a Professional Coach Credential by the International Coaching Federation. He has also received training from the Executive Coach Academy and from the Academy of Executive Coaching. With Mike on our team, we are expanding our anonymous vouchers coaching program and providing coaching for pastoral teams and individual pastors.
